Justin Bieber - First step 2 forever: My story

A quick synopsis......

This is an autobiography (yes it was written by him) that shows you how Justin went from being an unknown jem to a global superstar. Grew up an only child in Ontario, Canada, and had a natural talent for music; he was always singing around the house and taught himself to play drums (when he was just 3), guitar, piano and trumpet. He tells the reader how he entered a singing competition when he was 12 and although he didnt have any vocal coaching,came second!He then goes on to explain about when he posted homemade pop videos on YouTube  and his dreams coming true: the videos quickly became a word-of-mouth sensation, getting 10 million hits! you travbek through the months of waiting with him when suddenly Justin was spotted by music manager Scooter Braun who joined forces with Usher to sign  now-13-year-old Justin to Island Def Jam. And the rest is history!

Review............

I think this book is well written, concidering the fact he is sixteen. Plus, even if you dont like him, i think it is very inspirational and encourages you to #neversaynever and that dreams do come true. Five out of five stars.

My favorite character.......

As this book is an autobiography and not fictional there arent really characters, and i would just be boring to say that it was justin wouldnt it? So i thought; if this book was fictional my favorite character would have to be scooter (Justin's manager) as he is like the hero that saves the day, or like the fairy godmother that makes his dreams come true. Also scooter plays aq key part in Justin's life story so far and without him there just wouldnt be a Justin Bieber.

"The day I was born, March 1, 1994, Celine Dion was solid at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “The Power of Love.” Not a bad song to start your life on." This is a perfect example of the type of language used in this book, casual and ... teenage i suppose.
